Cancellation Policy

Roots Revival Retreats, based in Colorado, offers intimate wellness and adventure experiences centered on Ayurveda, hiking, foraging, and farm-to-table cuisine. To maintain a personalized and immersive experience for a limited number of attendees, our cancellation policy ensures fairness for guests and organizers by addressing expenses from unexpected cancellations.

  • Hold Deposits: Non-refundable for any reason. Guests may find a replacement participant, and we will facilitate transferring the reservation to the new participant’s name.

  • Remaining Balance: Due 15 days prior to the retreat start date. This portion is non- refundable. Guests may find a replacement participant, and we will facilitate transferring the reservation to the new participant’s name.

  • Cancellations Within 30 Days: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date. No exceptions. Guests may find a replacement participant, and we will facilitate transferring the reservation to the new participant’s name.

  • Processing Fee: Any permitted refunds will incur a 3% processing fee.

  • Travel Insurance Recommendation: Unexpected events can occur, so we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover trip fees and medical expenses in case of cancellation, illness, injury, or accidents during the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies.

  • No Exceptions: Refunds or credits will not be issued for failure to attend, complete the retreat, arriving late, leaving early, or for reasons including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies.

  • Retreat Cancellation by Roots Revival Retreats: We reserve the right to cancel retreats due to insufficient participant interest. In such cases, all payments made to Roots Revival Retreats will be fully refunded. Notification of cancellation for this reason will be provided at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date. Roots Revival Retreats is not responsible for personal expenses, such as airline tickets, due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.

Disclaimer Policy

Roots Revival Retreats and all persons involved (hereinafter referred to as "AGENTS") act solely as AGENTS for participants in matters related to travel, accommodations, and activities, including Ayurveda sessions, hiking, foraging, and farm-to-table dining experiences. AGENTS are not responsible for any damages, expenses, or inconveniences caused by late departures, schedule changes, strikes, or other conditions beyond their control, nor for loss or damage to baggage or participants’ belongings.

  • Liability: AGENTS shall not be liable for personal injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, irregularity, or property damage resulting from force majeure or any other causes, including but not limited to negligence by any person acting for or on behalf of AGENTS, transportation providers, accommodation providers, or other entities offering services related to the retreat. All prices quoted are accurate at the time of publication, include operational costs, and are subject to currency fluctuations.

  • Participant Responsibility: By participating in Roots Revival Retreats, participants assume all risks associated with activities such as hiking, foraging, Ayurvedic practices, and other pursuits voluntarily undertaken. Participants are responsible for their own self-care and, in the unlikely event, any injuries incurred during the retreat. AGENTS provide safe, mindful instruction and secure premises, with modifications offered for specific needs. Participants with prior injuries or health concerns should consult a healthcare practitioner before attending.

  • Media Consent: By participating, guests acknowledge and consent to Roots Revival Retreats and other participants taking and sharing images or photos of their likeness, which may be used publicly online or in marketing materials.

  • Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes between participants and Roots Revival Retreats shall be governed by Colorado law. Participants agree to attempt mediation before initiating litigation. Any litigation arising from this agreement shall take place in Boulder County, Colorado, with the prevailing party entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.

  • Agreement: This agreement supersedes all prior oral or written communications, representations, or agreements between the parties.
